Urodynamic study is valuable diagnostic tool evaluated functional state of lower urinary tract. The references from english PubMed and Mediline data as and own experiences are used. The paper presents basis of physiology lower urinary tract , techniques of urodynamic studies in ginecological practice . The most common technical problems and the way of their avoiding are discussed.A knowledge of anatomy and pathophysiology of lower urinary tract,basic principle of physis and biomechanic of fluids this is less problems with interpretation outcomes.Analysis of correct performed study is more simple and easier
