Development of ultrasound techniques like Doppler and 3D imaging as well as MRI resultedin considerable progress in prenatal diagnostic of congenital malformation.It makes possible to establish precise diagnosis and enable us to exclude the possible presenceof additional anomalies which could change fetal and neonate outcome.It is our aim to present obstetric management in specific cases of congenital anomalies ac-cording to new fetal intrauterine therapy options.
