Oligohydramnios is a condition in pregnancy characterized by a deficiency of amniotic fluid.Isolated oligohydramnios occurses in 1% of cases and is very rarely presented in literature.In our case we describe a pregnancy isolated oligohydramnios at 16 weeks gestation. Theintroduced management of: amnioinfusions, maternal hydratation, tocolisys, antibiotic thera-py, and prenatal courses of steroids led to delivery by cesarean section at 32 weeks gestation.
