Uterine leiomyomas as a cause of pregnancyand labour complications

Growing driver of professionalism has led to higher number of women giving birth in theirthirties and even forties. A conseguence of this situation is increased number of complicationswhich occur during pregnancy such as uterine leiomyomas. They occur in about 1,5-7,5%pregnant women. Reasons for miogenesis, in spite of many researches, are still unknown.Becouse of many complications causing by uterine leiomyomas they are still very serious clinicalproblem during pregnancy. Clinical procedure in this case should be based on many factorsbut the most important is wellbeing of our pregnant patient and her child.
