With dynamic prenatal ultrasound progress each year we can offer in Poland for selected fetuses / pregnant woman a sofisticated up-to date high level ultrasound examinations, but no for every one. However it is possible to use for majority of fetuses basic screening examinations and for selected cases an advanced extensive ultrasound with fetal echocardiography. We present an organization aspects for such examinations as well as suggested prices. We hope our point of view could be a good bases for negotiacians with National Health System in Poland.
