The surgeries of subserous, intramural and inter ligamentous myoma are nowadays an example of typical laparoscopic operations. The proper removal of myoma tumor and skill of suturing of the myoma site in the correct way decide whether the whole operation is successful. The technical side of the myoma removal has been precisely determined over the last years. The authors of the study on the basis of their own operative experience presented the technique of the myoma enucleation, both in course of laparoscopy as well as using the classical procedures
