We analyzed the case of a 28-years old woman with threatened rupture of uterine muscle after cesarean section. During ultrasound examination in 26-th week of pregnancy we noticed the dehiscence of the lower segment of the uterus in the cicatrices after previous cesarean section. She had delivered by cesarean section three years ago. The patient was hospitalized in 26-th week of pregnancy followed ultrasound examination. She delivered a healthy son weighted 3100g by cesarean section in 37-th week. We concluded that careful attention is necessary in pregnant women with a history of previous cesarean section not only during in labour but even from II trimester of pregnancy.
