Case report describes 33 years old woman who was hospitalisated in I st Department and Clinicof Gynecology and Obstetrics Medical University in Wroclaw due to right ovarian tumor. Patientsuffered from sudden incidents of syncope, short-time incidents of convulsion, pathologicalsleepiness and chronic fatigue syndrome. Internal, endocrinological and neurological diagno-stics didn«t show any deficiency. Since extraction of ovarian tumor patient didn’t notify anymedical problems. Histopatological egzamination showed result- benign change- maturiteteratoma
