The article presents a case of 47 years old female patient who underwent operation for advanced ovarian cancer and had a postoperative diagnosis of pelvic tuberculosis. This case study encourages to insightful differential diagnosis of pelvic pathologies especially that precise diagnosis of peritoneal tuberculosis enables to introduce an efficient therapy with excellent prognosis.
