Interstiatil pregnancy is a rare type of tubal pregnancy, 2-4% of all ectopic pregnancy withhigh mortality rate 2,0-2,5%. The aim of this paper was to present an early diagnosis ofinterstitial pregnancy at 7 weeks of gestation what gave time for planned and fertility savingtreatment. Diagnostic difficulties, management and review of literature was presented.
