Idiopathic granulomatous mastitis is a rare benign breast disease. Her clinical features is mimicthose of mammary carcinoma and breast abscess. In this study present pregnant, in whicha 21 week pregnancy had idiopathic granulomatous mastitis right. We discuss the diagnosisof clinical, laboratory, and applied therapy.
