In the study herein German diagnostic and therapeutic protocols pertinent to gestational hypertension have been presented. They comply with the current guidelines obtaining in Germany. The study provides Polish gynecologists with an opportunity to draw a comparison between the protocols implemented in both countries thus potentially contributing to their uniformization.
