Diverticulosis is a common disorder of the sigmoid colon in the elderly population. The condition is rarely seen in India but more common in Western countries and in Australia. It is estimated that as many as 30% of the population over 60 years of age & 60% over the age of 80 years may have Diverticulosis. We report herewith a case of Colovaginal fistula
